| Keen Vision is the elves' racial gift. Out in the wild, an elf has a chance to notice items and exits that are hidden or trapped, and aims better with a bow or any other ranged weapon. |
It works outdoors, in forests, plains and hills, rather than in cities or underground. Elves also have infravision, so they see creatures in the dark but not the room.
Elves have always had a knack for finding what others miss: an elf simply walking past a secret door may notice it, and their keen senses make them natural archers and scouts. |
