| Letter of Marque | ||
| Kind | Thief skill, legal | |
| Usage : LETTEROFMARQUE Example : letterofmarque This skill allows the rogue to petition a legal judge to issue a letter of marque to the rogue on behalf of the judges area. This has the primary effect of making any chaotic acts into lawful ones, when outside the area that issued the letter. It also slightly decreases the chance that a crime committed inside the issueing area will be seen as a crime. | ||
